Maintaining Village Finances & Its Official Records

Tax, water billing and miscellaneous receivables, are available on-line at BS&A Online.

If you are a title company looking for closing information, a final water bill needs to be requested, the amount on-line will not reflect final amount owing. Please request a final water bill using the Utility Billing Service Form below.

Defferment of Summer Taxes

Certain property owners may qualify to defer payment of summer property taxes until February 15 without interest or penalty.  To qualify, you must meet income limits and one of the following criteria:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Be 62 years of age or older
  • Be a paraplegic, quadriplegic, eligible veteran, eligible serviceperson, or blind
  • Be totally and permanently disabled
  • Be an eligible widow or widower
  • Have a household income not exceeding $40,000 (subject to change)

Download and complete the form Form 471 and submit the form to the Village Clerk/Treasurer.
