On Wednesday August 14, 2013 the Village Planning Commission of Almont and the Almont Township Planning Commission held a joint meeting to adopt the joint master plan that both Commissions had worked on over the course of approximately 18 months.
The joint master plan provides a unified vision for future growth and development within the Village and Township.
The adoption of the plan represents a continuation of the strong working relationship that the Village and Township have fostered over the years.
